I recently mentioned I had hit 2 years since the COVID dashboard was built. That was originally an internal project, shared with family. It wasn't until June 15, 2020 when I made it public and posted my first COVID report:

8 new cases over the weekend, bringing the total to 82. That's 5 in Chico, 1 in Oroville, 2 in Gridley, mostly affecting people in the 18-49 age range.

I honestly hadn't expected to be doing it this long, or that data would even be available at this point.

But we're now 2.5 years into the pandemic. We've all gone through a lot, and we've learned a lot. We've also learned how much we don't yet know. We're experiencing the Scientific Process in real life.

Some of us have had scares, suffered losses. Some have found new opportunities for personal growth. Most of us are wondering what the future holds and when this will be done.
